Build & Belong offers guided Brick by Brick® sessions using LEGO® to support children’s social skills, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
When children feel they belong, they build so much more than models. They build friendships, resilience and belief in themselves.

Build & Belong offers a calm, structured space where children can connect through guided play, practise social skills naturally, and experience genuine success.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are one hour and follow a structured, child-led framework.
Children work together using genuine LEGO® sets, with clear roles that encourage:

Listening and communication

Pride in progress and achievement
Models in progress are safely stored and continued the following week.
All LEGO® materials remain the property of the facilitator.

About Build & Belong
Hi, I'm Nicky!
I am LEGO®-mad, and for the past 10 years, I have owned and run a LEGO® STEM learning-through-play franchise. During that time, I have seen first-hand how powerful LEGO® can be in supporting a child’s development, behaviour and confidence.
Many children face challenges that affect their social and emotional wellbeing. Schools and healthcare providers work incredibly hard to support families, and I felt called to be part of that support in a deeper way.
Becoming an Advanced Certified Brick by Brick® Facilitator felt like the most natural next step.
Build & Belong allows me to combine my love of LEGO® with a commitment to helping children and young people thrive.
While Brick by Brick® is especially supportive for children with SEND, it can be a brilliant tool for many children who need confidence, connection and a place to succeed.
